School & Classroom Environment
The school and classroom environments are important factors that influence the academic achievement of all students, in particular African American males. Too often these young men are subjected to environments that can only be described as non-nurturing and hostile. It is our goal to provide educators with the resources and strategies that promote a sense of school belong and connectedness among African American males.
